Hi Jochen,

Thanks for getting back to me and your suggestion could work.

To attend as hotel guest or hostel guest I would still need a programme
of the event. I know it is informal and about fun but I need it for
accounts and justification for work.

Do you know if I could get one, even if it is "light" or could I make
one up?

Hi Dominic,

if you book the room, make sure to ask for the cancellation details. 
Then look here at the list 1-2 weeks before the event, typically some 
people find out that they can't attend for some reason and there might 
be some beds offered as "last-minute" deals. In this case, you could 
still cancel the hotel down in the village and join us up in the 
mountain for the day and night fun...
