Won't make you overly "happy".
It does send out more "Serotonin" which makes you feel good, but 
laughing too much points more to LSD or cocaine.

But LSD "could" make you have socalled "optics", which makes you see 
things that aren't real and cocaine is pretty expensive for such a stunt :)

Fun fact:
How LSD works for newbies:
You have certain things in your body that keep transporting information 
from one sense to another.
Like for example you see a walkway for pedestrians and your eye 
transports info about its height to your brain.
Height = 15cm for example.
What LSD (plainly said) does is this:
It sits between your senses and hijacks certain information (totally 
random), like the height of the broadwalk, and holds these infos back 
(or modifies them, much like a TYPO3 hook :)).
This results in the situation where you ask a friend to pull you up the 
broadwalk since it is soooooo high you can't get up on it on your own.
