[TYPO3-t3board] Externals

Hello !

Is it possible to attend the T3BOARD10 event as an external? Meaning I
would not stay at the hotel for sleep and eating, but would like to attend
the social events and the coding nights, etc. And also join you for
hovering around on the swiss alps with our boards ...

I remember this was possible on T3BOARD06 in Fiesch, at least I remember
some people were telling me they do not stay at the hotel.
