[TYPO3-t3board] registration form

Hi Michael,

I don't know yet, If we'll be able to start on October 5th as 
advertised. Still waiting for the hostel to get the prices finalized..

Anyway, we were never fully booked in the first few days. Usually the 
first 50% get filled up pretty quick, but then it slows down 
considerably, sometimes taking weeks to sell out.

Even then individual spaces are back in the market a few weeks before 
the tour begins.

Whatever date the registration starts, the time will be noon GMT +1.
