hi folks,

Ms. Ingold, our contact person in Laax has silently left and I only 
found out there is a new person in charge, when I called because my 
emails weren't answered.

Then I wrote again to the new person (and phoned, to no avail) and am 
still waiting for an answer...

Our reservation is not in danger, but the registration might take a few 
days more, please stand by.

I will make the biggest possible splash everywhere, so you don't miss it.
