hey there

first of all, please respond to this mail with a 'yes' if i should 
organize a snowboard-test-day with radical snowboards 
(http://www.radical-sports.com)!! if there's enough of you, the 
radical-guy would come up with some boards for you to test. some of you 
know these radical boards, they're just great, i just bought one!!! it 
would be free testing! but i don't organize the guys if no one is 
interested. thanks!



i've got very good infos for you all. i was just up in laax last 
saturday for organizing things, they got a lot of fresh powder (they 
say, they had never that much snow this season) and there's still coming 
more right now! it seems we'll be lucky with the snow even in april!!

you all should already have the infos from mrs. ingold about travelling, 
tickets and so on. here's the most important infos again:

- arrival:
this is what you're gonna do when you arrive at laax:

1. you can park your car in the garage of the hotel 'signina' (just 
across from the big gondola station). the place for the car is 10.00 chf 
per night. please go to the reception. if you want to go on board or 
skis on sunday you can change at the locker-rooms of the hotel.

2. get your skipass on the station of the gondola (cashpoint), the 
passes are deposited on your name there. you'll have to pay them there, 
thats also the rest-payment of your stay.

3. go up the hill: the fastest way is the big gondola straight to crap 
sogn gion. there is the hostel. first gondola on sunday is at 08:30, 
last one at 16:00. (please inform the people under +41 (0)81 927 73 73, 
when you're late.)

4. check in to the mountain hostel at the crap sogn gion.


- soccer tournament:

there will be a soccer tournament on april 2nd down in falera. details 
about teams etc. will be organized by michi stucki on the hill (thanks 
to stucki and claudio!!)

there will be some nice prices for the first 3 teams of the tournament, 
sponsered by snowflake.

here's again some details from claudios mail:

On Wednesday, April 2nd starting at 5:30 pm,  we will have our
traditional soccer game at the local gym in Falera. You can get to
Falera, by ski, snowboard or chair-lift(last ride at 4:15 pm from the
mountain hostel). I recommend using the chair lift so that you don't
have to haul your equipment around. After the game we will take a bus to
Laax Murschetg. There we will hit the local bars to celebrate the Swiss
victory  :-)  (Riders Palace http://www.riderspalace.ch/de/ and/or Casa
Veglia http://www.casaveglia.ch/), before returning to the hostel.
At 11:45 pm, the gondola will have an exclusive run to bring us back to
the hostel. This is going to be the only run, so please be at the
gondola terminal on time, because there will be no other opportunity to
get back to the hostel.

- evening events / agenda:
peter niederlag (thanks!) will arrange (collect topics) the daily 
evening programs  on a white/black-board. more details on that on sunday.



- general:
a short welcome and some more infos will be given on sunday at 18:00 on 
the second floor of the restaurant, it's called 'overflow'.
