I am fully with you!

There's only one chance however: The money is gone unless there is some
really serious reasons, must be different from "workload".

Other than that, nothing we can do about it. The more we tell everyone
places are booked out early the more anybody tries to get a place
without really being sure about participation.

Well, I'll be there tomorrow, looking very much forward to it. :->
