[TYPO3-t3board] Podcasting - summary

Hi Folks,

This is my follow up on the thread "Podcasting on snowboard tour".  
Everyone who responded to that thread should read this. Everyone else  
is welcome to still sign up either for the brainstorm or for giving  
and interview / demonstration!



Podcast Concept development brainstorm:
- Thomas Hempel
- Jens Hoffmann
- Andy Lenz, T3N perspective
- Ekki
- Cyprian Kowalczyk
- Robert Lemke
- ?? (more interested, speak up!)

We will try to hold this meeting as early in the week as possible,  
most likely on sunday night. That will make it easy to organize  
podcast related activities during the week. We will arrange time and  
place in-situ.

Outline for agenda:
- Evaluation:
	- Right balance: Personal / Community / Education?
	- Length: 3 minutes - 30 minutes?
	- What works, what doesn't?
	- Should all take equal time to make? Or should some be quickly  
made, some take lots of time?
- Topics:
	- New topics?
	- New concepts?
	- Develop existing ones?
- Editing / Pace / Technical?
- Team:
	- Field reports?
	- Integration with T3N?



Planned studio recordings (interviews/demos from 5 to 20 minutes scope):
- Thomas Hempel; DynaFlex (?)
- Søren Schaffstein: ml_maps, ml_dbsync, game
- Ekki: single sign-on technology
- Cyprian Kowalczyk: Surprise?
- Robert Lemke: Surprise?
- Franz Ripfel: How to organize TypoScript, html, css, ... with  
Subversion
- ?? (more interested in a few minutes of fame, speak up!)

Please remember that you:
- must be able to demonstrate it from my Macbook (via network) or  
have your own screen recording software in place
- must reherse and prepare so well, that we can do it in a 30 minutes  
timeslot.



Gear Needs:
- Erik Sokoll; Digital8 camera + tripod!!

Anyone else has relevant hardware?, let us know!


Manpower Needs during week:
- Reporters who will make small 1-2 minutes reports?
- Special Tour graphics (Jens Hoffman/ After Effects?)
- Editing (Robert?)
- Interviewer for demos? (Or should that be me? We discuss sunday...)

We will settle all of this at the meeting sunday.
