Hi,
i just called the Alba residence
Here the Address

I got information about internet connexion. They provide a WIFI access with
following prices :
1 hour : 10 euros
3 hours : 22 euros
1 day : 30 euros
1 week : 50 euros

They will call me back today or tomorrow for :
- bandwith
- price for a group (maybe 100 of 140 persons)
- scalability of their wifi network

I keep you informed asap
Neverheless i checked on french tools the theorical bandwith......
