[TYPO3-t3board] T3BOARD07 strange behaviour

hey there

i just have to write something to make things clear about the character 
of the T3BOARD07:

in the last days and even right now (every minute) i get cancelations 
for the T3BOARD07 of people for whatever reasons! this makes me sad and 
angry. the T3BOARD07 is not just a fun-thing where i can decide the same 
day to go or not!!!

once you booked, you have a seat reserved (as you know it's booked out 
in a few hours/days every year!) while others get no place and cannot 
plan! i don't understand the masses of cancelations right now... i'm 
sure if people book their skiweek with family or whoever they won't 
cancel it so easily?! you don't know what work the event-team and the 
people from kc-event have with that... i don't think they would do it 
again for/with us next year.

IF there will be another tour next year (cause behaviour like this makes 
it somehow impossible), i hope people take the participation serious. 
anyway we would have to change the system, that cancelations will be 
'punished' harder, unless there is a doctor certificate or whatever, 
like the normal journey conditions.
