I tried getting some bulk deal, but it was not possible.

However, the consensus in the organisation committee is that the less people
surf, the better it is for socializing.

I am not presuming everyone will buy access and I would be even more
surprised if nobody out of 140 nerds finds a way to broadcast his/her access
to everybody else.

Ooops, did I just imply something illegal?
