[TYPO3-t3board] Podcasting on snowboard tour

Hi Folks,

Two things about podcasts and the snowboard tour:

A: Your 15 minutes of fame?
The snowboard tour is a great place to collect material for some
podcasts. I did it last year and why not again in France. So I will
bring my equiptment. Therefore you are invited into my "studio" for a
15 minutes demonstration, interview or something else that could be
interesting for the community. Last year demonstrations included
customer projects with specialities showing TYPO3s flexibility (and
your skills..), demonstrations of extensions and plain interviews
(like T3News). Please contact me if you have something to demonstrate
OR if you have a suggestion for something you want to see
demonstrated by another participant.

Rules are:
- You must present from my Mac laptop using the network (for
screenrecording to work - or you must have your own screenrecorder
like Camtasia for Windows).
- We have timeslots of 30 minutes for the recording, so its a one
take (with light editing possible) and the better you are prepared
the better you look...
- We aim at 15 minutes for a presentation, be prepared, reherse it,
have an agenda for what you will demonstrate.

There are lots of podcasts showing the two-person demonstration
format I'm looking for.

B: Podcast next steps?
What is the future of TYPO3 podcasting? Based on the existing
episodes, what should be continued, what not, what new ideas are
there? What is the next level we can take it to?
I'm looking for people (5-10) interested in sitting together and
discussing these things, everything from practical suggestions of
episodes to conceptual considerations. Participants should have an
informed opinion, for example through media production experience of
some sort.
I am optimistically hoping that a podcast task force of 2-4 people
could be formed in 2007. Such a team should plan episodes, write the
"stories", add more journalistic professionalism if possible.
Well, tell me if you want to be invited for this session and even if
you have ambitions to help out in the production in 2007 (mostly I
need help with the journalism/storytelling, not the technical stuff
so much, unless you offer to produce full episodes on your own!)
