[TYPO3-t3board] Evalutation

No not planned - just announced (not by me).

If I was to do it again I wanted to make it more professional.  For  
this I want to adapt an extension we made for the Danish Beer  
Ethusiasts for nominating and voting on extensions/websites. I just  
couldn't find the time to do it before L2A.

But since I now know the show was actually missed - I will make an  
effort to get it done during the year and will open nominationtions  
two months before the next Tour.

So for T3BOARD08 I promise there will be a Typo3 Award Show :)
