[TYPO3-t3board] New participants limit

Hi folks,

I received a note from the travel agency, that there are 142 places in
total, not 160 as originally advertised. Since the building is currently
under refurbishment, changes to this number are not as unusual as they might
seem.

Anyway, we have 17 places left as of 5 minutes ago.
