It depends on your definition of "best" ;-)

If you want to save time there are 2 airports:
Torino (italy) => + 171km by car
Lyon (France) => + 170km by car
Geneve(Switzerland) => + 210km by car
average time to get to Les Deux Alpes: 6h including check in and car rental
provided that the passes are not closed and you can take the map24 route.
Cheapest airline should be Easyjet:
Schönefeld => Geneve => Schönefeld: around 270 EU
though I'm not sure if there will be flights available when the tour starts.

Maybe you can get a lift from Lyon or Geneve since most of the Germans going
by car will pass one of them.

Next train station seems to be Grenoble:
about 18h from Berlin with at least 4 stop-over.
+ 70km by bus or taxi
or again a lift since all people going by car except the Italians will pass
it.

Distance from Berlin to Les Deux Alpes if you take a car:
1320km => about 14h (if you're lucky)
provided that the passes are not closed and you can take the map24 route.
There are several people coming from Berlin so a lift should be possible.
