Means: No connection problems with Skype but the quality will be 
another question with the limited bandwith we have.

Regarding SIP and H323:  Behind NAT FW it is problematic anyway. I'm 
not going to install a H323-gatekeeper or a SIP Proxy, it makes no 
sense for such a short time and 300 kbps ...

A benefit would be a local mirror of typo3.org, so people can access 
the documentation.
