Yes, indeed. We should focus on the "mission critical for all" services
ssh/pop3/smtp and make sure they're always prioritized and useable. ssh
anyway opens up nearly all other services by tunneling - if really badly
needed. Plus http/s, of course, but with less bandwidth guaranteed.
Whoever really needs to communicate with customers/the home base can
surely do this using his mobile phone if it's that important - so no
VOIP/messenger ports open.
