[Typo3-t3board] local t3board.com-Server

Hello,

last year we had a local Server with t3board.com running, so people could 
upload their photos while being on the tour. As even setting up the network 
didn't work properly (mostly very slow), I thought it would just be fine 
having a hard-disc I had out to collect photos. So people should  find an 
appropriate directory structure and upload those photos to the disc, and we 
update after going back to Düsseldorf.

There has been a copy of typo3.org as well, but most people tried to surf 
online, which didn't make much sense anyway, but never mind... ;)

Any comments?
