After having talked to Taxi Lyon I strongly suggest you take the 
"Altibus" to go to L2A. A cab (4 Persons max because of Luggage!) costs 
260 Euro one way during the day and 370 Euro after 19:00. The way back 
from L2A to the airport is even more expensive: 290 Euro during the day 
and 300 Euro otherwise.
