T3BOARD06 has been discussed a while ago, the event committee organized it
(mainly Adrian). My whish: let's respect their work.

If you want to do it with quotas in T3BOARD07 and you'll find a majority in
favour of that and also a practical solution to governing this, you should
join the event committees preparation next year, when the subject comes up.

Privately, I will now concentrate on having fun at T3BOARD06, before the
event becomes as spontaneous as the soviet communist party convention anno
1982.
