Bonjour Kasper,
I read my post from yesterday and realize that it implied that I even
didn't try to register which is not the case. Even with a month to get
the money up to the other side of the pound, I would not had be able to
do it this year.
But the point is still true that if I ever wanted to do it I wouldn't
had a single chance...
As you say, maybe Quotas, German-Speaking T3BOARD are way to go in the
future. But even quotas will be "touchy".
Not opening registration during a weekend would also be better from my
point of view. If the precision of registration has to be so precise,
then you should open it at 18:00 GMT (so it's 9AM in California...) ;)
...and keep few places in case of New-Zealanders !
I have empathy for all members of the T3BOARD organization this year.
Let's hope constructive criticism will help the event stay true to its
ambition.
Patrick
