I agree with lars and I believe I told Daniel in september that a faxed 
receipt from the bank should be valid, as the current situation was easy to 
predict.

I also think it is not over yet: Regardless of how you look at it some money 
has to be transferred back to someone. I say that participants should be 
ordered by the date (and time) their receipt say they paid (or by the arrival 
date if some doesn't care to send the receipt). This way it is completely 
fair across the world and those who are number 81+ will get their money back, 
regardless of country.
