I would very much appreciate if this year someone could support me a bit 
with the newbies.
I always willingly spend my time with the newbies and enjoy it (really) 
but last year 25 people were a little much for one person alone and I 
fear that due to this fact not all of the newbies used their full 
potential during the event.

Maybe some sort of mirrowing solution?
