CC Card is done. The clearing company will sponsor it against a link
on the page, so all we lose are about 2.4% to VISA or Mastercard. I

I think *now* there is enough money, they will need money in a long term
perspective as well, in the case when the cameras are the the new desaster
areas, and noone gets video attention any more. So there is plenty of 
money to raise.
