[Typo3-t3board03] Travel Insurance problems, any suggestions?

This will not work. If hundred of people are writing and maybe protesting
infront of there building - it doesn't matter. The insurancecompany can't
react on protests. If they do, everybody will organize such a protest. The
only thing might be something like TV where they have no chance to "put the
facts in the right light" (there purposes). But I don't think that this is
what kasper wants.

Writing to the EU doen't have an effect for kasper. They will collect all
incoming letters and if there are several complaints for different cases for
the same company - if they have the time and lobbyist has done a bad work -
they will react. But kasper won't benefit from this anymore. And i think the
EU is the wrong adress - the better adress might be the "consumer protection
department".
