OK, so whoever is in charge for preparing the scedules should
a.) Tell me when it is (Date, time)
b.) Tell me how much time there would be. Everything between
   1hour and 3 hours might be filled up, depending on the
   glory details. (OK in 3 hours everybody and his mom know how 
   to do it, ... :-)) )
   1h would be a "speech" with details, assuming people know
     Knoppix, mkisofs, tar, gzip, shell programming
   3h is a more detailed explanation. I'll go for anything,
   if I know by 10th of december how long the preparation
   needs to be.
