Ulrich said that for those things, they might already offer good prices. But 
if you have contacts, it'd be great contacting them.

To make it as easy as possible, I thought about clicktopay (.com) as an 
alternative, which is a product of wirecard. Fees are very low anyway 
(10?/month). And it's very easy to integrate as far as I know. If you have 
an extension already available, and if good prices are possible with a 
classic gateway, that might be the even better alternative !
