Ok, just got note.

The THW guys are quite "eigenbrötlerisch" about their work.
They ask for better equipment because the state cut their budget in half 
last year.
About a central point of coordination the squad leader laughed loud and 
asked me to come down and take a look at the mess they are looking at.

I don't think this THW feedback is useful.
