I highly recommend having a mirror somewhere in the "real"
internet that gets the files from the Kitz.local server.
If the community surfs over the Kitz line, it won't be of any
use for the people in Kitz.
So IMHO we should have a local Server in Kitz, where we
can put on our stuff, which pushes a mirror somewhere in
the internet to show the people. (Assuming that the mirror
starts at 1am it won't harm the Kitz line too much.) As
the "server in the internet" would be only readable an
rsynch might be an idea, assuming that for a certain time, 
noone will work on the Kitz Server. (At least not *writing*)
This will save the most bandwidth.
