hm, just get your grandpas old uniform, ask your grandma to tailor a 
sheath for the cushion from it and stitch the magic word "Burton" in 
some bright colours onto it. Then nobody will laugh but instead ask you 
were you got this groovy peace of gear ;-).

Serious: just visit an outdoor store and look for foam plastic. They 
have lots of this stuff for backpackers etc.. Put this *inside* your 
trousers. The chicks can`t see your firm butt anyways when you wear a 
snowboard trouser ;-).
