I'd like to clarify something here.
At the shop where I bought my snowboard equipment I had to sign a 
contract that clearly stated that as a snowboarder it is required to sit 
  in the way of everybody on the slopes.

So please don't argue with me on the slopes - you see I'm bound by contract
