[Neos] Typo3's Scheduler's tasks

Hello,

for several days I'm trying to make the Scheduler to push tasks automatically, but they are always "late" and don't start automatically. 

I got know that I should create a cronjob on the command line that executes ".../typo3/cli_dispatch.sh scheduler". but I don't know how to make it and where is the command line.

As I'am a newbie I'd appreciate to help me to start with this issue
