[Neos] [NEOS] Version 2.0 on Windows 7 Uncaught exception #1416244515

hello,

I just installed the version 2.0 beta.
I achieved installation with the creation of the database ...
I created an admin user... 
I selected the demo version and after clicking 'Next' ... I got this error :

#1416244515:  "C:/wamp/www/Neos-2.0/Packages/Framework/TYPO3.Fluid/Resources/Public" into resource publishing target "localWebDirectoryStaticResourcesTarget" because the source directory could not be symlinked at target location.

Uncaught exception #1416244515 in line 35 of C:\wamp\www\Neos-2.0\Data\Temporary\Development\Cache\Code\Flow_Object_Classes\TYPO3_Flow_Resource_Target_FileSystemSymlinkTarget.php: Could not publish "C:/wamp/www/Neos-2.0/Packages/Framework/TYPO3.Fluid/Resources/Public" into resource publishing target "localWebDirectoryStaticResourcesTarget" because the source directory could not be symlinked at target location


I understand that this is a 'symlink' problem (because windows) ...
for installation, I manually created all directories symlinks ... / Web / _Resources ... 
that's why until the installation setup went well ...

there are new symlinks which certainly are created just before you get to the 'backend' or 'frontend' ...
Please, can you tell me the 'symlinks' to be created. I can achieve with a ".bat" file ?..
