[Neos] Localization list

I guess you mean dropdown list in the frontend. You can define your own 
list in your typoscript of dimension menu:

prototype(TYPO3.Neos:DimensionMenu) {
	# list of presets, if the default order should be overridden
	presets = ${['en_US']}
}
