[Neos] Typo3 Neos consolidated system and environment requirements over all sub-components for all branches

Hi folks!

I feel that having a table containing consolidated system and
environment requirements
over all sub-components (Neos, Flow, ...) for all branches would be
useful.

I see that there is at least some basic information on the requirements
topic here, but I don't get a comprehensive overview out of it:
https://neos.typo3.org/develop/download.html

Some "googleing" points to

http://docs.typo3.org/flow/TYPO3FlowDocumentation/TheDefinitiveGuide/PartII/Requirements.html

but those are Typo3 Flow requirements only.

Other components needed by Neos might bring their own requirements
adding to Neos' requirements list
or even modifying the version/setting value.

Something like this could help us out:

Branch/Version | requirement | version/setting | by component | URL of
requirements page
=========================================================================================
[...] | | | |

Is there already such a comprehensive table?
Is this problem only of academic relevance and the answer is - instead
- quite simple in practice? :-)
