[Neos] [ANN] Neos 2.0.0-beta3 released

Hi,

we just released the next beta for Neos 2.0 fixing a bunch of issues 
found with the previous beta.
Everyone testing Neos 2.0 should upgrade to beta3. Let us know your 
findings so we can progress
even more towards a final release.
