[Neos] Minimum PHP Version

Hello,

just for your information:

On your Neos homepage you say the minimum PHP is 5.3.2 .
But figured out that's wrong ;-)

Because you are using DirectoryIterator::getExtension() in the code, the minimum PHP seems to be 5.3.6 .
