[Neos] XML parse error when importing site package

Hi Elma,

I guess because you are using older version of TYPO3.Neos.Kickstarter 
package. Probably this commit 
https://git.typo3.org/Packages/TYPO3.SiteKickstarter.git/commit/226e9a4e6e3613d26b39eeb50f5418b239f5a7df 
should fix the problem so try update to the latest version of the 
package from git.
