[Neos] [RFC] Image Handling

Hi Christian
I make changes on both files,but received error when drag SVG files in Media:

Error:-200; Message:HTTP Error., File: Logo.svg

For which Neos version those files? 
ImageEditor.js on https://review.typo3.org/#/q/status:open+topic:svg-support is different from Neos 1.2.2 (not only highlighted lines).

I need run flow:cache:flush or other for refreshing site?
