[Neos] Problem with media - uploading files, premisions

Hello,

I moved NEOS website to server with Centos. 
I have some problems with media... when I upload file script show me:

1297759968: Exception while property mapping for target type "TYPO3\Media\Domain\Model\Asset", at property path "resource": Warning: move_uploaded_file(/var/www/html/Data/Persistent/Resources/e3564b8f0b612fa13ac27e8f4a7f146dfc5ed675): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /var/www/html/Data/Temporary/Development/Cache/Code/Flow_Object_Classes/TYPO3_Flow_Resource_ResourceManager.php line 246

Is this because I set wrong owner and group with: sudo ./flow core:setfilepermissions ?
