[Neos] Neos in a docker container

Hi Berti,

Thanks for sharing - good to hear there's somebody else working on it. 
It would be good if you'd create trusted build, so it's linked to your 
repository and everyone can look what's inside. Otherwise it's a bit 
black box and nobody is sure what's there.

I was playing quite a lot recently with Docker as well. I want to write 
a series of articles about how you can run TYPO3 Neos inside Docker 
container.

Here's my work so far. I worked on the basis that there's a 
typo3-neos-abstract image, which you use to create your custom TYPO3 
Neos distribution.
