[Neos] Install issue?

I set up a vhost called neos1 on a centos machine  (inside virtualbox on my macbook)  and installed neos as per the directions at neos.typo3.org.

It worked perfectly and looks great.

Second I set up a second vhost called neos2 and ran the install again.  This time I want to set up a custom site.  The composer install worked well.

When I went to neos/setup though, at the login screen I get the message:

If you have forgotten your password, delete the file
/home/neos1/public_html/TYPO3-Neos-1.1/Data/Persistent/FileBasedSimpleKeyService/SetupKey

Why does my second vhost know about the first?  It seems like this could be an issue.  I haven't deleted the file, should I?  

If its relevant, I have composer installed in /usr/bin/local.
