[Neos] error while trying to upgrade 1.0.2 to 1.1.2

I normally adjust my composer.json according to the version I want to 
upgrade to. In case of 1.1.2, I will follow 
https://git.typo3.org/Neos/Distributions/Base.git/blob/da9049f25c855ce5638d4035532df72502de4876:/composer.json 
and then make sure my custom site / packages / plugins / etc are added 
before running composer.
