[Neos] Neos on Ubuntu - Setup page blank (includes solution)

Installing Neos on Ubuntu (or anything with Apache2 2.4+) using the sites-available structure instead of the older httpd.conf configuration file.

If your localhost/setup page is blank, add this to the Directory directive:

<Directory /var/www/html/-Web files location->

Of course, replace -Web files location- with the location of your web files.
