[Neos] Setup download?

Hello Typo3 Community,

I acutally try to install Typo3 Neos on my Debian 6 Server. I already have configured php and apache2 but I stock at one point now. I come to this screen:

After 10 Seconds I got a Downloadmessage named "login" instead of the next page.
