[Neos] Media Manager error / Undefined index: controllerName

Hi,
I need a helping hand: after another weekend of countless installtions and removals, patching and fixing I finally couldn't make it. The gap between user friendly installation, documentation and experienced knowledge is to wide for my humble capabiities.

I repeated the following steps again and again:

1. installing Neos / archhive,git and composer
2. penetrating the error by uploading a video in the media manager:
Uncaught Exception in Flow
#1: Notice: Undefined index: controllerName...Cache/Code/Flow_Object_Classes/TYPO3_Flow_Mvc_ActionRequest.php line 298

didn't work...again errors :(

4. Resigning! At this point I can hardly say whether the errors are caused by wrong usage of git or by zombies who ate important parts of my brain. There is no guide for correct patching (for beginners) and the error documentation leads to nowhere. I suppose it is me but maybe someone else struggles with the same issue. 

If anyone knows a solution or where I made the mistake, please help! Thank you.
