[Neos] Theme/Template Shop

Hi everyone,
I'm thinking of starting a shop for Typo3 Neo Templates together with a plugin for easily import etc. them. By doing this in such an early stage, I hope to establish it. I'm just hoping this give me a sideincome since I'm a student (again). Wanted to know, if you think I should go with this idea or if I won't have a chance for some reason. Also I wanted to ask if I'm allowed to have typo3 neo in my domain.
