[Neos] Problems with PHP BINDIR

I have problems with the installation.

The problem:
The specified path to your PHP binary (see Configuration/Settings.yaml) is incorrect. (More information)

I created a Settings.yaml with this content

TYPO3:
  Flow:
    core:
      phpBinaryPathAndFilename: '/usr/bin/php'
      subRequestPhpIniPathAndFilename: '/var/www/vhosts/system/digitaldruck-xl.at/etc/php.ini'
