[Neos] Needing Direction and Guidance

Hello Neos List,

I have already done the configuration neccessary as you will see in this package 
https://github.com/krysy/Typo3.Formbuilder.
Now the problem is I don't know why it doesn't work on my already intalled news package. 

I actually follow this tutorial How to create a backend module for TYPO3 Neos - Matthias Witte to do the integration.
Can someone help?

PS. I'm not sure what are the best practices, but this repo seems to be 
copy of that one https://github.com/skurfuerst/TYPO3.FormBuilder - 
shouldn't you fork it? Mainly to indicate that fact and have a 
possibility to merge upstream changes.
