You might want to to try to get help from Bastian W. or Sebastian K. who built the Form stuff. Sebastian also worked on integrating the FormBuilder into Phoenix (sic!) once, see https://review.typo3.org/14352

Other than that, specific questions are a lot more probably to be answered…
